So fingers are crossed that 3rd time is a charm!! Josh and I broadened our house search after we had two failed inspections (due to foundation issues) at homes that were in the "cool" area in KC. We decided that location wasn't THAT important and we started looking in the suburbs. (About 15 minutes west of Waldo, where we currently live). We went out on Saturday and looked at 15 homes..found nothing. Then on Sunday we found the PERFECT home.. it had been on the market ONE day! So we grabbed it. The sellers are being relocated so they priced it very affordable and it's in a nice neighborhood! The offer came back and they accepted!! Our inspection is on Thursday at 1pm this week and if it passes the house is ours! (Inspection should go well since the house is only a few years old). So we hate to be excited yet since inspection hasn't gone through but this home is gorgeous and so perfect. It's 4 beds, 2 1/2 bath, 2 living rooms, huge kitchen, 2 car garage, laundry room, HUGE deck and yard. So hopefully there's good news on Thursday!!
If inspection passes it will be quite the party weekend. Two of my best friends are coming to visit KC so we will have to celebrate hard (which we do even if there's nothing in certain to celebrate! haha)
