What a great weekend! We started out on Friday going to a friends birthday party. We went over to their house and had a few drinks and caught up with everyone! Then my older brother and niece came to Kansas City.
First stop - Donuts!
Miss A walked up to the counter and ordered "one maple and 7 donut holes" (guess she's been to a donut shop a few times! haha)
Second stop - Aunt Ambers to play and watch cartoons for an hour
She had 7 babies with her. She went through all their names, let's see if Aunt Amber can remember them... Wet baby, too baby, bella, other baby, water baby.. dang i stink, i only got 5.
Third stop - The Kansas City Zoo!

Petting Zoo. She LOVED feeding the animals; although she wanted me to feed them. They would lick the food out of our hands. She thought it was so funny :) Maybe because they were the same size as her! 
Joshs mom came with us. I knew Joshs dad was working on Saturday so I thought Teri would enjoy a day with a 3 yr old. She loves kids! Miss A loved Teri! She wanted Teri to push her in the stroller most of the day. On the carasuel again:

I would say the day was a success! After her nap we met my brother and husband at lunch and then we hung out in the backyard playing games. Miss A and I went on a long walk. She talked the entire time about her train rides, carasuel rides, and monkeys at the zoo. it was so cute.
When we were at the grocery store she asked me if she could have a cupcake for breakfast. I started laughing and said "no way, you're silly! You're mom and dad would kill me if I gave you cupcakes for breakfast. lets go get donuts". So we went to eat. On the way home from the donut place, out of the blue, she asked me "Aunt Amber, why is my daddy going to kill you?" I almost died!!! Ahhhhhhh..... haha. WHOOPS! So i explained I was just kidding, etc. So i thought she forgot about it and later on around 6pm my brother was sitting on the couch. Miss A goes "daddy why are you going to kill Aunt Amber". hahahaa... oh my, my brother gave me the hardest time. Pretty funny though. Life with a 3 yr old.. I LOVED it!
