The past 2 weeks have gone by so quickly, I can't believe the holidays are over and it is now officially 2012! Which i know, will be the best year of our life when Miss Addison arrives in March. So I am more than ready for this new year!
Christmas in Tulsa was wonderful, as usual. Lots of precious time with family, relaxing days, yummy food and most importantly time away from computer, email and work. Here's some pictures of our few days in Tulsa with family.
Santa and Mrs Claus
The gift giver :)
My brother and sis in law
Miss A loved her guitar from Aunt Amber and Uncle Josh
And Corbin loved his basketball goal!
Addison got lots of fun gifts for Christmas!
Someone loved his new car!
Now it's time to make cookies!
And we are now ready for Santa!
Kisses for Addison :)
right before bed, ariana sprinkled reindeer dust so Santa didn't get lost :)
And the day is over; what a wonderful time with family!
On Christmas Day we spend time with the Mead family. We opened presents, ate a yummy home cooked meal and then saw a movie.
Baby Addison got her carseat!!
After all the excitement of the holidays, I was ready for a few relaxing days. My body just doesn't like the craziness of go go go, like normal. We worked on Addi's nursery, went on a dinner date night, and worked a few days.
I have had the same best friend since 2nd grade and she had her baby on December 26th! Her and her husband live in Arkansas so on my day off I drove to meet the cute little guy. He is so precious and mommy is doing great. It was wonderful to see him only one day old.
For New Years Eve our good friends, Nick and Amanda, had a dinner party at their place. It was perfect to ring in the new year. We had Thai food, lots of good drinks (Don't worry, i only had apple juice in a wine glass), and good friends. It's crazy that this is our fifth year together on NYE! Seems like yesterday we were just making friends and getting to know everyone; but now they are our gang :) Since we all first met, every couple has gotten married and now we are beginning the baby train... hopefully they will soon follow! Here are some pictures of the 2012 celebration.
Hope everyone had a wonderful end to 2011!
